Shipping & Returns

For domestic Mainland shipments (UK), please allow 1-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive, depending on the shipping option selected. For international shipments, it takes approximately 8-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.

 

Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Uncle Brow Brows is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Please note - parcels being delivered to Finland, Denmark, Norway, or Sweden will be delivered to your closest Parcel shop. The consignment can be tracked (upon the parcel/s arriving at the local Parcel Office), via www.postnord.dk (for Danish deliveries), www.postnord.se (for Swedish deliveries) www.postnord.fi (for Finnish deliveries) or www.postnord.no (for Norwegian deliveries) using the Parcel ID number located under the barcode on the label (e.g. 91122334455SE). Please be advised that the consignment/s can only be held at the Parcel Office for a limited amount of time (usually 5 or 10 working days), before being returned to sender, so please be aware of this.

 

Parcels sent to Austria and Italy Business addresses require an EORI number even if the recipient is a private individual. If this cannot be provided, please send it to a residential address instead.

Return & Refund Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date of purchase, and we will exchange it or offer a refund to the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: [no items currently]

We have a legal duty to you to supply goods that conform to this contract. We also warrant that all goods supplied by Uncle Brow Brows are free from defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months from the date of supply.

 

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, or negligence by you or any third party.

 

If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty, or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should contact us by email, using the contact details shown below. We will arrange for defective goods to be repaired or replaced and we will pay the costs of return of any faulty goods to us if the fault is deemed to be ours.

 

These warranties do not affect our obligation to provide the goods in accordance with the contract, or your legal rights as a consumer.

 

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
